Director Sales – Engineered Enclosures
Engineered Enclosures vertical within the Canerector group of companies, is comprised of Harris-Stolper International Inc, and Design Filtration Microzone (DFMZ), both industry pioneers in their respective fields. Key Responsibilities
This vital senior leader role is the commercial face of the business. The leader will need to continue to develop the Engineered Enclosures’ go-to-market strategy and ‘brand’ as the sales strategy evolves – all in support of a growing team, revenue, and margin targets globally. This includes the sales structure, process, and people within the group. The role is accountable for all customer relationships for existing, potential, and new customers. They would research, develop, and execute the commercial strategy for the organization and is the definitive “voice of the customer” in all commercial related aspects. The leader will be involved in setting and managing sales targets, budget, influence on gross margins, pricing as well as any accounts receivables. The leader is also responsible for leading, coaching and developing their direct reports while strategically analyzing data, market trends to capitalize on opportunities. The incumbent will build relationships with senior leaders of key customers and would be responsible for any external resources related to sales such Dealers and agent/rep network. This individual is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will guide and support the overall commercial direction and strategy and would work closely with other department leaders. More specifically the responsibilities are as follows.
