Our client, is one of the largest Canadian privately held, family-owned, real estate and land development companies. They are known as a market leader who maintains an entrepreneurial culture and capitalizes on its impressive 70 years of outstanding financial results. Keeping up with current trends, they began diversifying their assets by investing in strong, vibrant technology companies to support their Real Estate holdings. They focus on giving back to the communities that helped the company grow through volunteer efforts and funding of charities that support children, animals, and healthcare.
Your new Role
You will be responsible for reporting into the President of the company. You will manage the daily operations of the Executive Office and assist the President with all scheduling and administrative needs. The Executive Assistant will prioritize meeting requests and will ensure the President’s calendar of events is managed and on schedule.
What you’ll need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will be and experienced Executive Assistant who has 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives. Post-secondary degree in business administration from a recognized institution. Experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
