Job Title: Executive Assistant
Contract role – 1 year with a possibility of an extension.
Hybrid working model. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the executive team in their daily activities. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, as well as an ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: – Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel plans – Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties – Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations – Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings – Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations – Manage expense reports and invoices – Coordinate and maintain office equipment and supplies – Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion – Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field – At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion – Excellent time management skills
