Job Description:
- Full cycle project accounting for a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, office, residential and industrial properties at different stages of development
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets/forecasting and other financial information for the purpose of construction financing applications.
- Completing GST returns and assisting with preparation of other tax returns as required.
- Preparation of year end project financial statements for Preparation of development and financial statements
- Preparations of progress draws/invoices and related collections.
- Maintain and update standard cost codes and job records. Liaise with project team, vendors and other staff as required.

- Support the team on treasury and cashflow aspects
- Support with AP and other bookkeeping related items
What are we looking for:
An intermediate accountant from any industry, preferably a related to real estate or public practice or skills that ae highly transferable Someone who is willing to put on different hats and learn how accounting works within real estate
