The opportunity
The Learning & Development program manager plays a key role at Heart & Stroke in supporting the development of employee learning plans to deepen our culture of caring, employee engagement in a hybrid workplace, and employee performance. This is accomplished through incorporating working knowledge and experience in adult learning, change management principles, and employee engagement to the development of programs, processes and tools that support employee learning and growth.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development (L&D), this role partners closely to support strategic thinking, development, project management, execution and maintenance of learning and organization development programs, processes, and tools that enable Heart & Stroke’s culture, values, and strategy through fostering employee growth, engagement and effectiveness.
