We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Web Architecture, coupled with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining websites using Adobe, WordPress, and Shopify. This will be a 3-month contract to start, in a hybrid model 2 days onsite at the Toronto office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements for web applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them seamlessly.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into daily operations.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring a holistic approach to website development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (5-7 years) with a focus on Web Architecture
- Solid proficiency in React.JS
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite for web design and development.
- Strong background in WordPress and Shopify development, including theme customization, plugin development, and API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
