Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Transformation and Effectiveness, the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Associate works closely with team members in the People and Culture Office, providing functional and technical system support in the areas of compensation and benefits. The HRIS Associate is a key team player in ensuring data integrity within the HR information systems and the overall efficient flow of information to support HR processes, as well as administrative leadership in various HR programs, including within the Organizational Development and Learning team.
