Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic and action plans, propose recommendations to contribute to the growth of the company;
• Hire, supervise, support, evaluate and contribute to the professional development of sales and marketing team employees;
• Identify new potential customers, business opportunities and maintain existing relationships with current partners and customers;
• Analyze current trends and best practices of the market in order to position the company on the marketing plan;
• Identify performance indicators and oversee the creation of tools to track these indicators;
• Participate in various strategic and management committees;
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget;
• Monitor the production and installation of advertising material;
• Perform all other related tasks.
Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing option;
• 10 years of sales experience in a management role;
• Work experience in the construction field;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Leadership and team spirit;
• French and English bilingualism;
• Availability to travel occasionally.
