The Role
The HR Generalist works closely with leaders to provide HR services and leadership to help Horizon build, develop and retain organizational capability. The HR Generalist provides day-to-day counsel and administrative support in all areas of the employee life-cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation administration, employee engagement action planning, employee relations issues, terminations, and HR administration.
The successful candidate has a results-oriented approach, strong interpersonal skills, takes initiative and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
