Job Description:
* All aspect of customer service
* Answering phones, delegating calls
* Customer intakes (hand written)
* Handling customer payments (POS and cash)
* Assisting Customer Service Manager
* Filing
Requirements:
* Must be able to handle a fast paced environment.
* Must be fluent in English (written and oral)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must have an eye for detail
* Own transportation a must
* Be willing to submit a clean police check if required
* Must be available Tuesday to Saturday
* Hours will vary from 30 – 40 + overtime available
