Job description: Trade Show Manager & Inside Sales Representative
House of Jewellery is a wholesale jewellery company based in Toronto, Canada. Established in 1986, House of Jewellery is now one of Canada’s leading silver, gold, and diamond jewellery wholesalers.
Our team is seeking a highly motivated Trade Show & Inside Sales Representative to be a part of the House of Jewellery family.
The Trade Show Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing all aspects of trade shows. They will work with vendors, customers and all other stakeholders to ensure that everything goes smoothly during and after the event(s).
A successful Tradeshow Manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of duties and coordinate among many teams and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Please keep in mind that our trade show business is seasonal and as a result this is a hybrid role alongside working as an Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
A successful Inside Sales Representative must have excellent communication skills, be very organized and perseverance to help them combat clients who are not interested. They must be good at building and maintaining strong relationships and working with clients to understand how we can help meet their needs. They should have a passion for the jewellery and fashion industry and be willing to work hard to achieve company sales targets.

*KPI will be created and reviewed and updated on an annual basis as part of the employee’s annual review. Successful achievement of KPIs will dictate final bonus.
Other Job details:
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary: Annual Salary of $55,000.00plus a bonus of 5% based on trade show sales, a further bonus of 5% based on sales of new company accounts and a flat company-wide bonus earned at the end of the calendar year. Estimated yearly compensation is between $60,000-$80,000 based on performance.
Vacation: Two Weeks of paid vacation every calendar year
