HSBC Marketing is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the WPB (Wealth and Personal Banking). Marketing focuses on understanding customers and insight and identifying and developing marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction, in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.
As part of the HSBC Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB), this role is part of Digital Acquisition Marketing team focusing on using digital channels to drive best online customer experience, efficient digital applications, and sales across all bank products. This team manages digital media, specifically – display, paid search, paid social, aggregators and affiliate channels. The team works in close partnership with Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Digital Sales and Engagement team, Digital Ops team, Analytics, Customer Value Management team, Risk and Compliance.
Senior Digital Marketing and Acquisition Manager will:

Lead the strategic plan development and execution of Always-on Digital Acquisition Plan. Manage budget, results tracking and reporting on targets.
Manage the delivery of various digital projects to drive business acquisition goals across all consumer marketing segments and products (Chequing, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Wealth and Small Business).
Work in collaboration with Marketing Segments teams and other internal stakeholder (products, digital, analytics) on integrated campaigns, supporting all digital channels and media – SEM, SEO, social, display, affiliates and programmatic initiatives, including always-on digital media
Plan, manage and provide clear direction to drive better digital customer experience, journeys and overall improvements
Manage ongoing performance reviews and lead new, innovative ways to test and drive efficiencies
Work with other stakeholders on requesting tagging, tracking and monitoring marketing efficiencies
Work with creative agencies as needed to help deliver digital creative assets
Mine numbers for insights to continually improve digital marketing campaigns
Actively participate and advocate best-in-class usage of 1st party data in media and customer engagement
Qualifications

Holders of this role are expected to have 5 plus years of similar experience, have demonstrated a clear understanding of marketing and digital media and have strong analytical, digital and data-driven mindset.
The holder should be curious learner and have a keen interest and knowledge in digital marketing trends, performance marketing and media. They have strong desire to learn and leverage new technologies and ways of working in order to drive digital acquisition results.
Have proven experience in using marketing, social and analytics tools (examples include Adobe, Looker, Sprinklr, Tealium, GA and Google AdWords)
Can demonstrate understanding of latest digital media and advertising landscape, including changes related to privacy and cookie demise processes. Experience with CDP or using 1st party data for targeting
Show in-depth understanding of customer funnels, UX journeys and best-in-class digital experience
