HUB Technology Solutions is adding a Data Entry Clerk to our team. This position can be full-time or part-time; the successful candidate can choose. The selected individual will work with HUB’s Marketing Coordinator to verify and enter contacts in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Job Responsibilities:
Review database contacts to confirm complete and accurate information using the web and social media searches or phone.
Enter confirmed information into customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to confirm correct information is being entered into CRM software.
Enter time accurately in CRM and Excel payroll timesheets.
Work flexible hours between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, except holidays. The work will be performed in HUB’s office.
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to work at a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
Education, Experience and Trait Requirements:
Possess a High School Diploma.

$13/hour
