Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Manager. The Parts Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the parts department, including inventory control, service parts sales, and customer service. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
- Knowledge of inventory control and management
- Experience in service parts sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Automotive experience is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A valid driver’s license
