Purpose and Accountability

The incumbent must work well under pressure and effectively deal with all clients. Communication must be clear so that clients receive accurate and value added service from our department. Knowledge of the IA products and the applicable legislative rules are required. The incumbents are expected to work as a team.
Main responsibilities
Telephone Calls
Respond to telephone calls from clients and advisors.
Must be able to accurately answer questions on products with full understanding of the contract and administrative provisions, transactions, tax rules and how they apply to a contract.
Make decisions to facilitate the client’s request- such as escalations for transactions, waving administrations fees, mailing of cheques.
Resolve complaints from clients- within the guidelines provided.
Focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and partners.
Problem Solving
The CRS is empowered to assist clients to ensure a positive experience when dealing with our Company. Provide 1st line resolution to problems or know when and how to follow up with other internal staff for resolutions.
Process Changes
Update basic information received from clients, such as address changes, PAC, name corrections, add notes and follow ups for special handling. Use of the Workflow system to document and submit change requests are required.

Good stress management;
Requirements
College degree with specialization (professional degree) and 2-3 years of relevant experience;
Excellent knowledge of saving products and administrative procedures
Stellar training, ACS course (an asset)
