Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Senior Manager, Talent Development will play a key role in the development and execution of our global Talent strategy, ensuring the alignment of talent programs with business performance outcomes, organizational culture objectives, and employee engagement.
This is a multi-dimensional role and you’ll be part of a small team where you’ll get to roll up your sleeves – to manage, create, test and roll out talent initiatives both locally and globally. It will be an ideal assignment for someone who enjoys the consultative and strategic nature of program design and build, but also has the discipline and focus required to manage the details involved in successful program execution, and lead the achievement of daily operational objectives.
