This role can be based anywhere in Canada, and while this role requires employees to work non-standard hours to support customer needs at times, employees are generally expected to be able to work during standard core hours (i.e. 9am to 5pm) when non-standard hours are not required.

Role Mandate
In this role, you are accountable for executing on the tactics of change leadership and making measurable improvement to IIBA’s Engagement & Growth Operations. IIBA’s vision of E&O operations starts with deploying an exceptional program sales team, but extends to learning how to empower 120 chapters, 1200 volunteers, and 600 partners around the world through our enablement programs. This role has two virtual direct reports.

Enablement – Channel, Chapter, and Sales Enablement. (10%)
IT and Marketing Liaison (15%)
Oversee Corporate and Academic Program Management (10%)
