Location: Woodbridge, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Roles & Responsibilities
- Confirming vendor accounts through monthly statement reconciliation and transaction verification and archiving historical documentation such as invoices, reports, receipts, and checks.
- Processing invoices, reviewing financial data for accounts payable maintenance, and offering clerical support for the organization’s financial obligations.
- Maintaining detailed records of outstanding payables to prevent overpayments and vigilantly monitor payments to ensure timely vendor settlements.
- Compiling and reviewing invoices for payment processing.
- Gathering necessary information for invoice payments and creating vouchers with invoice details by accounting policies.
- Adhering to safety procedures, using personal protective equipment, and following safe work practices.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary diploma or completed course in accounting or a related program.
- Strong analytic skills, highly organized, keen attention to detail and self-motivated.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Microsoft Access would be preferred.
- Proven to be responsible and accountable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
