Position: Accounts Payable
Location: Langley, BC

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, code, and enter invoices in the accounting system.
- Verify paperwork received from subcontractors to ensure there are no discrepancies before releasing payment.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and sub-subcontractors to ensure timely payment on work completed.
- Prepare checks and process remittance information for vendors.
- Reconcile, research, and correct discrepancies in vendor statements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 3 – 4 years of accounts payable experience preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience using construction-specific accounting software is a definite asset.
- Proficient in MS applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
