Infineon Technologies Looking for Product Marketing for Automotive GaN at Kanata, Ontario, Canada Full Time

• Drive and grow fast developing and dynamic business of Automotive GaN
• Play a key role in driving the segment’s revenue, profitability and growth. You own the development of business strategy and product segment roadmaps
• Closely interact with Infineon’s regional organizations for maximizing design ins and design wins
• Collaborate with an international cross-functional team of engineers through team-building and foster trustful relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders
• Acquire a profound understanding of the electrical drivetrain applications and the electric/electrified vehicle market
• Through interaction with customers and market, consolidate market intelligence and advise the Product Line on course of action
• Shape the global Go-to-Market strategies for a wide product portfolio
• Own the pricing strategy and drive complex customer negotiations in cooperation with other Product Lines and Account Management Teams

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field that will give you the needed basis for this task, ideally with a strong familiarity of the automotive semiconductor market. A background on economics/business administration, such an MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, business development or sales in a high-tech environment in automotive electronics industry
• Motivation to lead, drive and structure cross-functional and cross-regional activities
• The ability to understand technically complex contexts to consolidate and present them on a higher management level
• Entrepreneurial mindset to place the right products in the right market at the right time
• Strong analytical skills being able to work with abstract matters and to communicate complex contexts in a condensed form
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills, German language is an advantage
