We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing and Program Partner to lead the strategic sourcing function and provide support in the design, development, enhancement and delivery of sourcing programs and tools to optimize the Talent Acquisition function. You will leverage technology to enable talent pipelines, drive candidate engagement, build partnerships, and manage projects.
With a focus on promoting IO’s culture, you will be a subject matter expert in uncovering passive talent, have a deep understanding of talent needs, initiate in-depth and innovative sourcing strategies and provide insights and talent intelligence updates to make decisions. You will have a strong understanding of the business culture to promote an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience and a passion for staying on top of industry trends, new tools, and ways to engage with talent. You will support equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives by building meaningful partnerships with stakeholders both internal and external.
This role is known internally as “Talent Sourcing Partner”.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the Strategic Sourcing function in partnership and collaboration with the talent acquisition team and clients to build strategies and solutions to find great talent.
- Drive candidate engagement by building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of the selection criteria and business needs to successfully deliver top talent and stay connected with emerging trends.
- Implement effective and innovative techniques through in-depth active and passive sourcing to create a talent pipeline including use of online tools, social media, associations, referrals, use of networks and leveraging of professional relationships.
- Lead the process to design a sourcing strategy, job posting optimization, talent market review, recruitment tools and processes and comprehensive sourcing campaign planning.
- Identify and develop sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with placement agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, diversity community agencies, etc.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and candidate experiences to find the best talent for the needs of today and the future.
- Leverage Talent Acquisition technology to optimize, drive efficiencies and deliver best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Lead recommendations, procurement and implementation of TA tools and systems, including managing vendor relationships. This would include systems such as Lever, Certn, LinkedIn, etc.
- Incorporate innovative ideas and leverage technology and metrics to enable the team to find and hire top talent while focusing on candidate experience.
- Facilitate training, coach leaders and develop capabilities across the organization to leverage digital tools and programs, providing advice to team on process related escalations.
- Create and invest in a culture of continuous learning and improvement on sourcing tools and technology while promoting IO’s Employer Value Proposition.
- Be a Strategic and Data Driven Expert and manage talent sourcing metrics and analytics.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years progressive experience, conducting full-cycle strategic recruitment and sourcing strategies, coordinating related projects and providing strategic sourcing expertise to the Talent Acquisition Team and senior management
- Exercise superior judgement and client relationship management to manage the internal and external candidate and hiring manager experience including negotiating competing interests and expectations, driving salary discussions, and upholding equity, diversity and inclusion efforts in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Identify and implement upgrades and improvements that will help improve the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function and support the corporate talent acquisition needs and strategic growth plans.
- Knowledge and understanding of the organization, it’s evolving landscape and culture and how to integrate new initiatives, tools and technology to support best practices.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates.

The salary range for this position is $77,145 to $115,725 with a corresponding job level of P4.
