Entering orders into the system, receiving them and forwarding them to the customer as appropriate
Tracking shipments with carriers/freight forwarders as appropriate
Administrative support to the Vice-President, sales report, claims, etc.
Customer Sales Report as required
Customer Billing Tracking
Exchanges and follow-up with clients and representatives
Customer service support with our key customers
Classification of receivables / miscellaneous classification
Miscellaneous Data Entry
Maintenance of container order records (transportation information, customs, etc.)
Maintained complaint files and various administrative tasks
Knowledge and Skills:
Essential – Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Essential – Fluency in English and French
Important – Organized, methodical, versatile and responsible
Important – Resourcefulness, ability to manage multiple files at once
Important – Professionalism, Ethics, Teamwork
Asset: Knowledge of ACCPAC software, EDI platform, SPS, for different clients
