Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join one of our largest Higher Education clients. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support staff hiring processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Supporting Staff Hiring: Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
Paperwork: Manage administrative paperwork, such as contracts, agreements, and employee records.
Organize Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews for potential candidates.
Calendaring for Dean: Maintain the dean’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointment requests.

Skills and Requirements
Post-secondary education (Undergraduate degree is preferred, but a diploma is acceptable.)
2+ years of experience in an administrative office setting
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) – CHRP or working towards it, or similar HR/Recruitment experience
Previous experience supporting a Senior Leader
Exposure to public sector work environments is an asset null
