Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions, for a hybrid 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have expertise in requirements gathering and testing, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to facilitate sessions with business partners to gather requirements and provide updates, and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. A successful candidate must develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, test scenarios for system enhancements and new features.
Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment focused on business applications.

Expertise in requirements gathering and testing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to facilitate sessions with business partners.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preference for CBAP certification

Preference for experience on safety, compliance, product profiles, product lifecycles ”’
