We are seeking four (4) professional, energetic, customer service based healthcare administrators for family medicine, walk-in medical, Specialist Medicine, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Psychotherapy, Osteopathy and other health services for an integrated health clinic in the heart of the financial district in downtown Toronto.

Position Details: Full Time to start immediately
Business Hours:
- Rotating Saturday’s Saturday from 10am- 4PM
Candidates must be able to work during ALL business hours and be comfortable with rotating shifts of 7-9 hours within the above business hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer calls coming in through a main line and transfer accordingly with exceptional customer service capabilities
- Book appointments through the system in a time efficient manner
- Dealing with client requests with patient experience as top priority
- Coordinate consultations, tests and bookings for patients
- All other duties as assigned by management
Applicant must be able to:
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Multi-task and prioritize, Speak and write English fluently
- Experience with Telus PS Suite EMR is an asset
Qualifications:
- University/college Degree an asset
- Experience in customer service field an asset Job Type: Full-time
