Job Description
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a software technical nature. Experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Job assignments will be based on available projects during the work term and on the skills and interests of the student. We encourage students with relevant work experience (other co-op terms, work experience) to apply.
This is an entry level position. and it will be compensated accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be enrolled on a full-time basis in an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or related disciplines.
3+ months of experience in some of the following areas:
C/C++ programming language
Python multipurpose programming language
One or more version control tools (SVN, Git, etc.)
Command-line applications in both Windows and Linux
Batch and Bash commands
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ffmpeg and any video rendering software solutions.
Completed University undergraduate courses discussing video compression / processing workflows.
Experience with cloud native, orchestration, container, virtualization, edge computing, and networking technologies.
