We are searching for a well-organized, creative, and motivated individual to join our Senior Management Team reporting directly to the President / CEO.
The successful candidate will possess a Degree in Marketing, as well as a minimum of 5 years marketing management experience. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills are essential. Experience in Sports marketing would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop Marketing Strategies and Campaigns.
- Content creation including product videos.
- Manage and mentor a small Marketing team and implementation.
- Collaborate with other teams to create new products.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, competitive analyses, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights.
- Manage all aspects of digital Marketing including websites, YouTube, social media, Google Analytics, etc.
- Organize, attend and participate at industry tradeshows; design booth displays and collateral, as needed, and providing post-event reports/analysis.
- Be able to manage and work with high profile celebrity/pro Athletes, commercial clients, corporate organizations, etc.
- Budgeting in coordination with Senior Management team.
- Excellent communication skills with superior ability to write marketing copy.
