We are looking for a relief full time team member to join our team. This relief position is until the return of the incumbent.
Salary Range
Effective April 1, 2024, the pay scale for this position is $42.27 to $52.81

What Will You Work On?
This Social worker is connected to the longitudinal services at the Rutland Urgent and Primary Care Center.
In accordance with Interior Health’s vision of an idealized system of services built on a foundation of Primary Care where people and their families receive primary care services in Primary Care Homes supported by interdisciplinary teams; the Primary Care Social Worker functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team and applies best practice to provide comprehensive assessment, care planning and intervention for people and their families. Working collaboratively with other health care providers and the interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker provides direct psychosocial care, counselling and group work, system navigation and advocacy, education and linkage to relevant specialized or community resources while facilitating client self-management. The Social Worker is responsible for providing social work services to maintain or improve the health and functioning of persons, families and communities.
Scheduling Information
Shift times are from 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Days of work are Monday to Friday
