Richmond Music School is hiring Music Instructors for the following instruments:
piano, violin, guitar, and ukulele
Work experience: 1 year at least teaching individual or group lessons
Qualifications:
Piano and Violin teachers- Must have at least ARCT, or DipABRSM or ATCL, candidates with higher qualifications will have higher teachers’ fees considered.
Guitar and Ukulele teachers- Music performance degree or relevant professional experience will be considered
Knowledge- familiar with RCM and ABRSM syllabus, with Trinity College London is an asset
The position requires in-person teaching as well as online. Must have at least a minimum of 8 hours available to teach in a week.
Criminal Record Check required.
Current University students will be considered to enroll in our Music Teachers’ development program.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week
Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
