Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Fluent in English, professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in Portuguese (not required but preferred)
- Confident on the phone, and answering calls
- Able to work well with others
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Flexible and open to change
- Polite customer service skills
- Manage paperwork related to contracts
- Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
- Work with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- ability to manage quotations and prepare invoices for clients and our suppliers
- Experience with managing payroll, banking deposits, and bill payments
