Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

• Fluent in English, professional level verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent in Portuguese (not required but preferred)

• Confident on the phone, and answering calls

• Able to work well with others

• Sensitivity and understanding

• Flexible and open to change

• Polite customer service skills

• Manage paperwork related to contracts

• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems

• Work with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• ability to manage quotations and prepare invoices for clients and our suppliers
• Experience with managing payroll, banking deposits, and bill payments

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
