Analyste principal des partenaires d’affaires financiers / Senior Financial BP Analyst – Innovation***

Nous avons présentement une opportunité d’Analyste principal des partenaires d’affaires financiers -Innovation. Ce rôle est basé à notre bureau de l’Île-des-Sœurs. Relevant directement du directeur des projets spéciaux, le titulaire sera chargé d’évaluer les projets d’investissement, principalement en collaboration avec le service d’innovation, ainsi que de contribuer à différents projets ad hoc.

Activités principales

• Être le partenaire en finances du service d’innovation pour l’évaluation technique, commerciale et financière des projets d’investissement, en utilisant le processus Stage-Gate.
• Préparer des analyses de rentabilité financière (RCI) pour des projets clés en Amérique du Nord pendant le processus budgétaire.
• Veiller à ce que les risques financiers inhérents aux différents projets soient pris en compte dans l’analyse financière.
• Assurer la qualité du travail et des analyses soutenant les différents projets.
• Préparer divers rapports et analyses en collaboration avec l’équipe de la planification et de l’analyse financières.
• Aider au processus de budgétisation et de rapport pour les nouveaux produits.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes TI et Innovation pour développer et améliorer les outils de rapport pour les nouveaux produits.
• Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

Connaissances et compétences nécessaires

• Diplôme universitaire en finances.
• Titre en comptabilité, CPA ou équivalent.
• Plus de 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste en analyse financière, idéalement dans le secteur manufacturier.
• Expérience au sein d’une compagnie internationale, un atout.
• Personne organisée et analytique, très méticuleuse et manifestement intéressée par l’analyse financière.
• Personne centrée sur le travail d’équipe qui fait preuve de leadership et de qualités interpersonnelles lui permettant de communiquer facilement avec tous les échelons de l’organisation.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, TM1, Power BI, etc.) et des différents systems comptables (PGI); SAP est un atout.
• Parfait bilinguisme (français et anglais)

We currently have a great opportunity as a Senior Financial Analyst to be based in our offices in the Nuns Island. You will be directly reporting to the Director of Special projects, the incumbent will be in charge of evaluating investment projects mainly with the Innovation department as well as contributing to different ad hoc projects.

Principal Responsibilities

• Be the financial business partner for the Innovation dept for the technical, commercial, and financial evaluation of investments projects, using the Stage Gate process.
• Prepare financial profitability analyses (ROI) for key projects in North America during the budget process;
• Ensure the different project’s inherent financial risks are reflected in the Financial Analysis.
• Maintain the quality of work and analyses supporting the different projects;
• Prepare various reports and analyses in collaboration with the FP&A team
• Assist in the budgeting and reporting process of New Innovative Products;
• Work closely with IT and the Innovation teams to develop & improve reporting tools for New Innovative Products.
• Manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

• A university degree in finance
• An accounting designation CPA or equivalent
• More than seven 7 years of experience in a financial analysis position ideally in the manufacturing sector;
• Experience in a global company is an asset
• An organized and analytical person who is very meticulous and has a clear interest for financial analysis;
• A person centered on teamwork and who shows leadership and interpersonal qualities enabling them to communicate easily with all levels of the organization;
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite Office (Excel, Word, TM1, Power BI, etc.) and with different accounting systems (ERP); SAP is a plus
• Fully Bilingual (French and English)
