IRISNDT Corp. has an immediate, full-time position available for an Intermediate HR Administrator within our Human Resources department at our Edmonton office located at 5311 86 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5T8.


Job Duties:

  • Supporting the day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations;
  • Maintaining and updating employee files, including personnel records, benefits information, and other HR-related documents;
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits that meet or exceed industry standards;
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures;
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews;
  • Providing support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.


Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have the following certifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations, including employment standards and privacy laws.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health benefits that meet or exceed industry standards will be provided after a 3-month probationary period. Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory.
