IRISNDT Corp. has an immediate, full-time position available for an Intermediate HR Administrator within our Human Resources department at our Edmonton office located at 5311 86 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5T8.
Job Duties:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations;
- Maintaining and updating employee files, including personnel records, benefits information, and other HR-related documents;
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits that meet or exceed industry standards;
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures;
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews;
- Providing support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following certifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations, including employment standards and privacy laws.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Health benefits that meet or exceed industry standards will be provided after a 3-month probationary period. Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory.
