ICMH provides person centered, recovery oriented, and psycho-social rehabilitation (PSR) informed-care across a spectrum of services including housing and housing supports, group and one-on-one programming, and in Licensed Care settings.

Purpose:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Human Resources (DHR) provides strategic expertise and leadership for the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the organization’s direction and human resource strategies. The DHR is responsible for overseeing other Human Resource and Administration staff and pervading leadership in all aspects of the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of a full range of Human Resource programs and services including: job evaluation and classification, recruitment, orientation and retention, labour relations, change initiatives, occupational health and safety, performance management, return to work planning, compensation and benefits administration. In addition, the DHR provides the organization guidance on all human resources matters to assist the organization in meeting its strategic objectives and ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and best practices related to employee management and change initiatives.

$5,000 Signing Bonus
1/2 paid upon signing and 1/2 to be paid upon successful completion of 3 month probationary period

$90,000.00-$105,000.00
