At Jack.org, we work alongside a national network of young leaders to create communities that support youth mental health. Our network of 3,000 (and counting!) young people across Canada are as busy as ever, and our staff of 90 humans and 3 dogs are working just as hard.
Over the past few years, Jack.org’s work has grown substantially in response to the global crisis. Now more than ever, we must reach and support young people’s mental health across Canada. And we are in a strong position to do so: we have committed donors, a financial reserve, new leadership and a high-performing team eager to tackle the challenges in front of us and continue our exceptional growth.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Evaluation and Impact, the Evaluation Lead is responsible for supporting all evaluation efforts at Jack.org. Working with the Evaluation and Knowledge Mobilization team, the Evaluation Lead plays a key role in evaluation planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting to understand our programmatic impact and identify areas for improvement. The Evaluation Lead supports a learning culture to advance Jack.org’s strategic priorities and ensure continued delivery and improvement of our programs.
