Jacobs is looking for a Junior Bridge Discipline Specialist to join our Vancouver team. In this role you will support our bridge team on a range of exciting projects where you will be completing structural calculations, numerical modelling, developing design details and working with our designers to develop drawings, prepare technical reports and memorandums, and coordinating design delivery. The incumbent should be a strong self-starter and also a team player, can interact with clients and regulatory agencies, and assist other engineers and project managers in their deliverables.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Less than 5 years year experience in bridge engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills
Excellent technical report writing skills
Team player
