James Braden Ford is looking for a Service Customer Care Representative to join their team in Kingston. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the service department to ensure exceptional customer service.
The goal at James Braden Ford is to ensure that their customers become customers for life.
Current shift during Covid: 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday with the possibility in the future of Saturdays.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming all customers into the dealership.
- Providing customer support for the Service Department.
- Cashing out customers after service appointments and clearly explaining the service invoice as well as what will be recommended for their next service due.
- Booking next service appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and booking overflow appointments.
- Following up on customer inquiries for the service department.
- Reviewing upcoming appointments to ensure booking accuracy, all parts are available and any other information is up-to-date.
- Other duties as required.
- Organizing and filing department paperwork.
What We Look For:
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
- Prior experience in a customer service role would be an asset.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Team-oriented individual.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet goals and expectations.
- Experience in a dealership service department would be considered an asset.
- Works well in a team environment.
