We are expanding our retail pop-up footprint and are looking for dedicated employees that are enthusiastic about giving customers an excellent experience on behalf of the brand to come with us to our new location at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket.

Job Description:

As a Jill Yoga Brand Ambassador, you will be on the front lines of our brand growth. You will be responsible for various day-to-day brand activities at our Upper Canada mall pop-up including sales, social media content, and event facilitation. We are looking for energetic team players to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales:

·        Greet customers and make them aware of in-store promotions, events, and sales

·        Assist customers with product knowledge on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms

·        Work the POS to cash out customers

·        Create sustainable relationships with customers to gain their loyalty to the brand

·        Assist customers with online purchases and event sign-ups

Events:

·        Assist the Store Manager with in-store events

·        Help promote these events to customers on the sales floor

Social Media:

·        Create social media content in-store of new product, events and product displays

Other:

·        Assist the Visual Manager with stock and inventory practices

·        Cleaning of the sales floor, fitting rooms, back room, and washroom

·        Opening & closing of the register

·        Read and respond to emails from head office

·        Update promotional signage on sales floors and in front display

·        Assist in floor sets and refreshes biweekly

Requirements/Experience:

1-2 years retail experience (preferred)
