The Total Compensation Team is responsible for processing and maintaining full cycle, bi-weekly Canadian and US payroll for 6,000+ employees across all brands and across multiple provinces and US states (BC, AB, MB, ON, CA, WA, FL, TX). All troubleshooting related to payroll are directly handled from the department to ensure our brand is executed with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while also ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, this position is responsible for processing full-cycle CDN payroll for a head count of approximately 1500 employees. To be successful in this role the candidate should have a high level of detail and accuracy, a passion to win and drive to be challenged, and a commitment to customer service for our best asset, our people.
