Job Description
As the Social Media Director, you will enhance Manulife and John Hancock’s corporate social media channels. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Manulife and John Hancock brand channels across social media to increase brand awareness, improve marketing and corporate efforts, and ensure best in class community management and customer engagement.

This person will work closely with other members of the John Hancock Communications, Thought Leadership, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service teams, as well as Manulife’s Global Social Media team, to execute our global brand social media strategies.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Toronto, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$100,500.00 CAD – $180,900.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
