Johnson & Johnson Deliver group, is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. Within the Deliver Team, the Logistics Strategy Analyst takes a lead role in analytics, development and implementation of key customer logistics improvements and initiatives. Using business intelligence tools and ERP systems to identify performance and growth opportunities through detailed analysis, providing recommendations on policy and process improvements, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver against corporate strategies. This is a dynamic role within an opportunity rich organization!
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of metrics, as well as metric and service reporting
Partner with internal and external key stakeholders to support process improvements and achieve efficiencies, developing joint value creation strategies
Identify, evaluate and share opportunities across teams, through analysis of business trends, customer data and process application, prepare and present business cases to support efforts
Leads or supports special projects as assigned by Manager, representing Deliver and Pharma strategies
Builds analytics capabilities with team, through tool development and training, engagement on application of analytical process
Qualifications
A University / Bachelor’s degree is required
A minimum of 2 years work experience is required
Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Point and Word in a Windows Environment is required
Strong technical knowledge with experience using systems and analytical tools such as SAP, Tableau, data base management, business intelligence tools, ability to quickly learn other customer specific proprietary systems is required
Strong interpersonal and collaborative proficiencies, proven ability to nurture relationship in a highly matrixed environment is required
Previous experience in analytical role is preferred
Forecasting, Planning, Winshuttle experience will be an asset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Other:
Significant amount of time will be working on a computer
Some travel between campuses may be required (Markham Area)
