Summary As a Relationship Manager, Client Experience Team at CI Financial, you will play a crucial role in advisor satisfaction overseeing all aspects of servicing a dedicated group of Assante advisors. You will lead a team of 10-12 service and operations professionals to ensure your advisor team can deliver top quality experience to their end clients. Your responsibilities will involve understanding advisors’ strategies, collaborating with them to enhance their business, and ensuring the seamless operation of the client service team. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry, advisor practices, and proven abilities to effectively communicate and engage with advisors. You will have the opportunity to be accountable for end to end workflow on service and processing requests coming to your team providing you with a unique amount of ownership and influence for your advisor team.
