Job description
Our Office Manager is responsible for all support aspects of the business, including the following general duties:
- Professional writing & quality control
- Marketing
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Project coordination and administrative tasks
This is a part-time position, with the workload varying between 10 and 30 hours a week. 100% home office, with preference to be located in Saskatchewan.
Our non-negotiables in a potential candidate are:
- Ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines with limited oversight
- Proficient at Microsoft software, including Teams and SharePoint
- Strong oral and written communication
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple, competing priorities and timelines
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Our ideal candidate will also have:
- Experienced with the assembly of bid documents, front end specifications, scope documents, and tenders
