We are a boutique Fitness Facility (www.KalevFitness.com) looking for Admin / Sales staff to work with our growing business, handle hot leads and convert them to membership sales!
Salary is base plus commission per sale!
Previous Admin experience is necessary (ideally in a Gym setting) so don’t apply without any.
Admin:
– Data entry, emailing, customer service, Mind-body online CRM management
Sales criteria may include sourcing sales, presentation of services, negotiation/objections handling, and CLOSING!
A polished look and personality are what will make you great, so walk the walk and talk the talk as our Facility has a lot to back you up.
What’s your day going to look like?
Sales:
Beginning of Day
– Confirm all same-day appts
– Call and video text referral leads
– Call new leads and follow up with proven sales process in sales training
Middle of Day
– meet with appts that were set.
– source new appointments
End of Day:
– Update Master Client List By End of Everyday
– Make sure all sales are correctly entered and billed
– Report end of day stats
Marketing
– Generating leads, Social Media, Lead Funnels
Admin:
– Front Desk Admin emails and customer service
