We are looking for a unique individual who can work on our busy reception desk and carry out administrative duties. There is a full time position and a part-time position available. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills whilst gaining a qualification in Administration.
Your duties will include:
– Answering the telephone & customer queries
– Responding to customer email queries
– Assisting the Operations Manager with organisation of daily service schedules
– Prepare & manage excel spread sheets for multiple projects
– Maintaining customer records & database
– General administration tasks

We are looking for a friendly person with fantastic customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Training will be given.
