Kelowna Dental Centre Looking for Executive Director of Patient Services at Kelowna, BC Full Time

This role is not for the meek. It requires a forward moving, forward thinking individual cable of mass action. The confident individual will naturally service costumers while concurrently closing large deals. Being radically open is a must. Role Based Specifics:

Manage Dr. Webster’s practice in respect to:

1. Patient Experience – Ensure every patient has a 5* Four Seasons like experience
2. Manage Patient Expectations – clear, concise, documented communication
3. Production – Monthly goals to be set, commission based
4. Sales – Confidently close $40,000-$80,000 treatment plans
5. Inter-department communication – Will be involved in Leadership that communicates directly with Surgical Clinical Director and upper level management ie CEO-Leanne, VP of Finance-Dave, Owner-MW.
No experience required in Dentistry or Sales. The only requirement is a personality that embraces the above. Extensive training will be provide.

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
