Kelowna Roofing (1984) Ltd. is a small business in Kelowna, BC. We need a multitasker who is professional and dependable. We need someone with extensive construction accounting experience.

- We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to work with our finance department. Our ideal candidate has a background in accounting and is familiar with the principles of cash flow and the payment terms of major clients. A successful candidate will be able to maintain a detailed accounting system using Sage and ADP and communicate effectively with department supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting from customers.
- Distributing payments to appropriate accounts (i.e., cash, inventory).
- Cheque runs and typing estimates for staff.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Job Costing Projects.
- Resolving complex customer issues.
- Answering Phones entering payroll time slips using ADP and Sage Software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 per hour
