– Provide great customer service to a large clientele
– Schedule and coordinate stylists’ day to optimize their productivity
– Maintain and manage the cleanliness of the retail space and office
– Collecting payment from guest and booking appointments
– Promote and sell Aveda products
– Greeting and welcoming guests; offering a beverage and showing them the waiting room
– Handling incoming calls, taking messages and following up, all in a timely manner.
