We are a multi-disciplinary, 27 year established Physiotherapy clinic in Keswick, Sutton and Aurora seeking a patient care coordinator who is passionate about ensuring excellence in service. We are looking for a candidate that has the ability to pay extreme detail to the customer experience, have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be a strong team player.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to greeting clients and ensuring their customer service experience is outstanding, booking current and potential clients successfully as prescribed by the practitioners, billing patients, generating product and service sales, sanitizing shared spaces, multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting without compromising the customer experience.
The successful candidate should be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays in our Keswick locations.
