We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to add to our National HR team! We are always growing, which means this is a great opportunity for the right individual to develop their career with us! This individual will be involved with the day to day human resources management activities along with recruitment, and will be involved in various administrative and HR processes such as employee onboarding and health and safety.
The ideal candidate will be a detailed-oriented individual, with a growth mindset and critical thinking skills. If you enjoy working with people, then this is the right opportunity for you!
Here’s what you need to be successful:
Education in Human Resources, or a related field (Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) is preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
Superior written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, and an ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong and professional communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within a deadline-oriented environment
